Are you an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor available for an ongoing locum opportunity? We are working with a well-established firm seeking a solicitor to join their team on an ASAP basis.
The Role:
- Managing a varied caseload of landlord & tenant litigation matters
- Handling possession claims, evictions, rent arrears and lease disputes
- Dealing with contract disputes, contested probate and boundary disputes
- Representing both corporate and individual clients
- Attending negotiations, mediations and court proceedings
- Providing practical, client-focused legal advice
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with property litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of landlord & tenant law and civil procedure
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Excellent communication and client care skills
