A highly regarded and well-established law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its successful Real Estate team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with an interest in commercial property to develop their career within a respected and supportive legal environment. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced fee earners, providing valuable assistance across a busy and varied caseload.

The Role

The role will include:

  • Providing support to one or more commercial property fee earners
  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of commercial property matters
  • Amending, preparing and collating correspondence and legal documents
  • Communicating with clients, third parties and colleagues by email, telephone and in person
  • Assisting with administrative and organisational aspects of property transactions
  • Carrying out data inputting and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting with client onboarding, including anti-money laundering and client due diligence procedures
  • Providing wider support to the Real Estate team as required

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a law degree or previous experience working within a commercial property environment
  • Have excellent organisational and IT skills
  • Be confident supporting one or multiple fee earners
  • Have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Be confident communicating with clients, colleagues and third parties
  • Have experience preparing and amending correspondence and documents
  • Ideally have knowledge of anti-money laundering and client due diligence procedures
  • Be numerically confident and comfortable working with data
  • Be proactive, reliable and keen to develop their career within commercial property
