Residential Conveyancing Locum - Plot Sales
Location: Hull (Hybrid/Flexible Working Available)
Duration: Approx 1 month (short-term assignment)
Start: ASAP
We are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Locum to support a busy team in Hull on an immediate basis.
The successful candidate will be joining the team for a short-term assignment of around one month, with the work being predominantly focused on plot sales.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer who is available at short notice and looking for a flexible locum assignment.
Key requirements:
- Strong residential conveyancing experience
- Previous experience handling plot sales is essential
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Available to start ASAP
