Senior Employment Solicitor - Birmingham
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Employment Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded firm based in Birmingham.
This role is ideal for an experienced employment lawyer seeking a senior position within a respected and growing team. You'll advise on complex and high-value employment matters, including strategic HR advice, senior exits, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, TUPE, restructurings, and Employment Tribunal litigation.
Working closely with a highly regarded Employment Partner, you'll support an established and busy caseload while advising a loyal portfolio of longstanding clients across a range of sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a recognised specialist with a strong market reputation, gaining exposure to high-quality work and playing a key role in the continued growth of the employment practice.
About you:
Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in employment law.
Strong background in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Confident advising on complex, high-risk employment issues.
Experience supervising, mentoring, or supporting junior team members.
Commercial, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach.
