An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Family Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded Legal 500-ranked firm.
This role is ideal for an experienced family lawyer seeking a senior position within a respected and growing team. You'll advise on a broad range of complex family matters, with a particular focus on high net worth financial remedy cases involving substantial and multi-million-pound assets, alongside complex private law children work.
Working closely with the Head of the Family team, you'll manage an established and varied caseload, advising high-value clients on matters including HNW divorce, complex business assets, pensions, trusts, nuptial agreements, international relocation, modern families and serious domestic abuse cases. This is an excellent opportunity to handle high-quality work, develop strong client relationships and play a key role in the continued growth of the family practice.
Qualified Solicitor, or equivalent with significant experience in family law.
Strong background in complex financial remedy and private law children matters.
Proven experience handling high net worth cases involving substantial assets, businesses, pensions, trusts and/or international elements.
Confident managing complex and sensitive cases from inception through to resolution.
Experience supervising, mentoring, or developing junior members of the team.
Commercial, dynamic, and client-focused approach, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in mediation and/or collaborative law would be advantageous.
Strong business development skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts.
High-quality and complex family law work, including multi-million-pound financial remedy matters.
