Overview
We're looking for a proactive IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first and second-line technical support, resolve incidents, and help deliver reliable, high-quality IT services across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide desktop, hardware, software and user support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating where necessary.
  • Manage IT assets and device deployments.
  • Support service improvements, projects and technology rollouts.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
  • Work collaboratively to deliver excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in an IT support or service desk role.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of IT service management principles (ITIL desirable).
  • A team player with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
