Day Rate: Negotiable depending on experience
Full-time hours - Monday - Friday - The client would consider 4 days
About the Role
Sellick Partnership Ltd are are assisting a housing association who are looking for an experienced Strategic Property & Sustainability Manager to lead the delivery of the Group's strategic approach to property and asset management, supporting the objectives of our Asset Management Strategy.
This is a key management role with responsibility for ensuring our property portfolio is effectively managed, financially sustainable, compliant and aligned with the Group's wider strategic objectives.
You will lead on strategic property projects, asset management initiatives, sustainability activity and portfolio decisions, while providing expert advice to senior leaders and building strong relationships with customers, partners, regulators and funding organisations.
