Faith Kelly promoted to Associate Director at Sellick Partnership

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Faith Kelly to Associate Director, recognising her contribution to the continued growth of our Legal Private Practice team.

Based in our Leeds office, Faith joined Sellick Partnership in 2017 and quickly built a strong presence and reputation within the private practice market, delivering consistent results for clients and candidates.

She has since expanded the team’s reach into Southern regions, developing relationships with a number of high-profile law firms and strengthening our candidate networks across multiple markets.

Developing the Legal Private Practice team

Since moving into a leadership role, Faith has focused on training and developing the recruitment team while continuing to expand its regional reach.

The team has grown under her leadership and is currently on track to achieve significant growth over a two-year period. Faith has also played an important role in hiring and mentoring consultants, supporting their progression and the team’s continued success.

Alongside her leadership responsibilities and commercial achievements, Faith continues to deliver strong personal results. She regularly contributes to industry thought leadership and supports external networking and wider business initiatives.
