The contracts that we sign with our clients (PSL contracts such as the CCS framework and Managed Service Provider agreements) stipulate that all contractors operating their own personal service company must hold no less than £1m professional indemnity, £1m public liability and £1m employers’ liability insurance cover at all times. This is with the exception of practising lawyers who are advised to speak to their Recruitment Consultant and to seek guidance from the SRA.
