An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Associate to join a highly regarded Charities team within a leading UK law firm. This role is ideal for a junior lawyer looking to build their career in a supportive and collaborative environment, working with a diverse range of clients across the charity and not-for-profit sector.

The Role
You will support senior lawyers on a broad range of charity law matters, including advisory, regulatory, and governance work. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, conducting research, managing deadlines, and assisting with client matters and business development.

About You

  • Newly Qualified solicitor (or due to qualify)
  • Strong academic background
  • Excellent organisational and drafting skills
  • A clear interest in charity law or the not-for-profit sector
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive, team-focused approach
