Our client, a Local Authority is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Lawyer to join their legal services team on a locum basis, for an anticipated minimum period of 6 months.

This role is offered on a hybrid or remote working basis.

Responsibilities of the Civil Litigation Lawyer:

The successful Civil Litigation will be responsible for a holding a mixed caseload of matters which may include;

  • Judicial Reviews
  • Commercial disputes
  • Debt recovery

Experience required for the Civil Litigation Lawyer:

Our client is seeking a qualified Solicitor, or equivalent with relevant experience gained within civil litigation.
