Clinical Negligence Associate (2-5 PQE)
Location: Leeds

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Associate to join a highly regarded, top-tier law firm (recognised in the Legal 500) within its established Leeds office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist team acting on behalf of claimants, handling high-quality and often complex clinical negligence matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence work, with responsibilities including:

  • Handling a broad range of clinical negligence claims from inception to conclusion

  • Advising clients with sensitivity and clarity on often complex matters

  • Supporting senior lawyers on high-value and complex cases

  • Working closely with medical experts and counsel

  • Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent client service

You will benefit from exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to further develop your expertise within a well-respected team.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with 2-5 years' PQE

  • Experience in clinical negligence or claimant personal injury work

  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and client care skills

  • A proactive and organised approach

  • A team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
