An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Partner to join a nationally growing law firm as it continues to expand its clinical negligence and serious injury service across multiple offices.

This role is ideal for an established Partner or senior solicitor ready to take a leadership position and help build, develop, and grow a national clinical negligence discipline. The firm already has established teams in several locations and is now strengthening its presence across all offices.

You'll lead on high-value, complex claimant clinical negligence and serious injury matters, including brain injury, spinal injury, amputation, cancer misdiagnosis, birth injury, fatal claims, and other serious injury work. You will play a key role in shaping strategy, developing teams, and driving growth across the practice.

The role is available in Milton Keynes and Birmingham.

About you:

  • Partner or senior solicitor with strong claimant clinical negligence and serious injury experience

  • Proven track record handling complex, high-value claims

  • Experience leading, mentoring, or building teams

  • Commercial, strategic, and client-focused approach

  • Ambition to grow and influence a national service line
