A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a talented Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its growing specialist team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a Legal 500-recognised department with a strong reputation for handling high-quality claimant clinical negligence matters, while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence files, including:

  • Delayed diagnosis claims
  • Surgical negligence
  • Birth injury and catastrophic injury matters
  • Fatal claims
  • Consent and treatment disputes

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced specialists on complex, high-value litigation while also maintaining autonomy over their own files.

Candidate Requirements

Applications are welcomed from candidates who have:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive status
  • Previous experience handling claimant clinical negligence matters
  • Strong client care and communication skills
  • Ability to manage files independently
  • A compassionate and professional approach with vulnerable clients
  • Experience within a reputable PI/Clinical Negligence team

NQ candidates with relevant seat experience through to experienced fee earners are encouraged to apply.
