Location: Amersham
PQE: 4+ PQE
Salary: £68,000-£80,000
A growing commercial property team is seeking a Commercial Property / Real Estate Associate to join their Amersham office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied caseload across landlord and tenant, commercial property acquisitions and disposals, and real estate investment work.
The Role
Manage a diverse commercial property caseload
Advise on landlord and tenant matters, sales and acquisitions, and investment transactions
Collaborate with colleagues on complex and high-value property matters
Support and develop client relationships
The Candidate
5+ years' PQE in commercial property / real estate law
Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
Excellent client management and communication skills
Proactive, motivated, and able to contribute to business development initiatives
