Commercial Property Associate
Full-Time | £45,000 - £60,000 | Shrewsbury
Sellick Partnership is working with a highly regarded law firm in Shrewsbury, seeking a Commercial Property Associate to join their growing team.
This is a great opportunity for a solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE in commercial property to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment, working on a varied and high-quality caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant work, including lease drafting and negotiations
- Development and property finance matters
- Managing your own caseload with supervision where needed
- Building strong client relationships and supporting business development
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor (2-5 years' PQE) with commercial property experience
- Confident managing a varied caseload
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Commercially aware and proactive
In Return:
Competitive salary of £45,000-£60,000, plus excellent training, mentoring, and career progression in a friendly and supportive team.
