Locum Commercial Property Lawyer
Hybrid Working | £55-£65 per hour DOE | Flexible Arrangement
We are working with a well-regarded firm seeking an experienced Locum Commercial Property Lawyer to support their team on a flexible basis for up to 12 months.
The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters
- Supporting the wider team with ongoing transactions
- Delivering high-quality legal advice to clients
- Ensuring continuity and efficiency across matters
Key Details
- Initial 6-month term, with potential to extend up to 12 months
- Flexible engagement: locum/consultant or fixed-term contract
- Full-time or part-time hours considered
- Potential for a longer-term opportunity if the arrangement proves a good fit
- Hybrid working available, with some office presence required initially
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEx with strong commercial property experience
- Ability to manage files independently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working both autonomously and within a team
