Commercial Property Solicitor - Bury

A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Bury is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its successful and growing Property team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, forward-thinking practice with a strong regional reputation and a varied, high-quality client base.

The Role

You will be joining a busy Commercial Property department handling a broad range of transactions across both commercial and some mixed-use property work. The role will include:

• Commercial sales and acquisitions
• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• Landlord and tenant matters (leases, renewals, assignments, surrenders)
• Property finance and secured lending
• Development work (site acquisitions, disposals, options and overage agreements)
• Acting for SMEs, investors, developers, and regional businesses
• Drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of property documentation

You will work closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers, with strong support and exposure to a steady flow of quality instructions.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor (2-6 years preferred)
• Have experience in Commercial Property (training seat or post-qualification)
• Be confident managing your own caseload with supervision as needed
• Have strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Be commercially aware and client-focused
• Be keen to develop within a respected regional practice
