Commercial Solicitor

We are working with a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked law firm seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join its established team in Marlow. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor to develop their career within a highly regarded practice advising a diverse client base on a wide range of commercial matters.

The successful candidate will join a supportive and collaborative team, working with clients ranging from growing businesses to established organisations across a variety of sectors. The role offers exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise in commercial law.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of commercial contracts including supply, distribution, agency and service agreements
• Assist with drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements
• Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients on day-to-day commercial matters
• Support senior lawyers on more complex transactions and projects
• Manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the practice

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with NQ-5 years' PQE
• Experience in commercial contracts or general commercial work
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
• Organised, proactive and commercially minded
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Keen to develop your career within a recognised commercial practice
