An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor with 1 to 5 years' PQE to join a busy and growing Commercial team.
You will advise a diverse client base, including UK and international businesses, on a range of commercial matters. This will include drafting and negotiating contracts, providing day-to-day business and regulatory advice, and supporting clients on ongoing commercial issues.
The role offers the chance to manage your own matters, work closely with senior lawyers, and build strong client relationships.
To be considered, you will be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 1 to 5 years' PQE, strong drafting and communication skills, and a commercial approach to problem-solving. You will be organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
