An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Lawyer with 3-5 years' PQE to join a growing and ambitious Business team.

This role offers the chance to work with a diverse client base, including start-ups, entrepreneurs, charities, SMEs and established businesses, advising on a broad range of commercial matters. You'll become part of a collaborative team where you'll have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise, build strong client relationships and play an active role in the continued growth of the practice.

What will you be doing?

You'll advise on a wide variety of commercial matters, including:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Advising on intellectual property, IT and data protection issues.
  • Preparing bespoke commercial agreements, licences and terms of business.
  • Providing commercial support on corporate transactions.
  • Building and managing your own caseload.
  • Supporting senior lawyers on complex matters.
  • Developing client relationships and contributing to business development activities.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team.

  • Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE in Commercial Law.
  • Experience gained in private practice or an in-house legal team.
