A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a highly regarded and long-established law firm with an excellent reputation across the Thames Valley region.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and successful property team known for delivering a first-class client service, handling high-quality work and providing a supportive environment where individuals are encouraged to develop and progress their careers.
The firm is keen to speak with Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives and experienced Conveyancers with around 2-5 years' PQE who are confident managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
The role will involve handling a broad range of matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Registered and unregistered title work
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with strong technical ability, excellent client care skills and a proven track record of managing a busy caseload and achieving strong billing performance.
In return, you will join a well-respected firm offering high-quality work, a supportive team culture, genuine long-term career prospects and a competitive salary of £40,000-£55,000.
