Conveyancing Paralegal

We are partnering with a highly respected and well-established law firm in Amersham seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a property law professional to take on a pivotal role supporting residential and commercial conveyancing within a collaborative and client-focused environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing property transactions, maintaining high-quality documentation, and providing guidance to colleagues. This position is ideal for a paralegal with strong conveyancing experience who enjoys working across a busy legal practice and supporting a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and progress residential and commercial property transactions efficiently

• Prepare, review, and maintain legal documentation, contracts, and related conveyancing paperwork

• Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction progress

• Keep up to date with property law developments and best practice

• Assist in providing training and support to junior colleagues as required

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and knowledge management within the team

About You

• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial property law

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Proactive, highly motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and colleagues

• Enjoys working collaboratively and supporting a high-performing team
