An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join a growing, forward-thinking legal team. This is a varied role offering high-quality work, real responsibility, and clear progression.

The Role

  • Handle a broad mix of corporate and commercial matters
  • Work on M&A transactions, restructures, and joint ventures
  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and key agreements
  • Build strong client relationships and provide strategic advice
  • Support business development and collaborate across teams

About You

  • 3-5 years' PQE in corporate/commercial law
  • Strong M&A and contract drafting experience
  • Commercial, pragmatic, and client-focused
  • Confident managing your own caseload
