Corporate Lawyer
A growing corporate team is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join their Leeds office at Associate or Principal Associate level. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with strong transactional experience to work on a range of corporate deals, develop client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and reorganisations
Draft and negotiate transaction documentation, conduct due diligence, and prepare client advice
Develop client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
Work collaboratively with colleagues on complex and cross-border corporate matters
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members
The Candidate
Qualified solicitor with 2-8 years' PQE in corporate law
Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
Excellent client service and relationship-building skills
Proactive, team-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
Benefits & Working Pattern
£80,000-£100,000 salary (DOE)
