A well-established law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its corporate team in Oxford.

The Role
You will advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, restructurings and general corporate advisory work. The role offers responsibility for managing matters independently, working closely with clients and contributing to the growth of the corporate practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising on corporate transactions and related corporate work

  • Managing matters with minimal supervision

  • Delivering clear, commercially focused advice

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Supporting business development and team initiatives

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor with relevant corporate law experience

  • Strong technical and commercial skills
