An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to step into a Managing Associate role within a highly regarded, ambitious corporate team. Known for delivering top-quality work across a national platform, this team combines big-deal expertise with a genuinely supportive and collaborative culture.

The Role

  • Lead on a broad range of corporate matters including M&A, private equity, and joint ventures
  • Advise on shareholder agreements, restructures, and investments
  • Manage your own caseload with autonomy while supporting on complex transactions
  • Play a key role in client relationship development and business growth

About You

  • 6+ years' PQE in corporate law
  • Strong experience in M&A and transactional work
  • Commercially astute with excellent client management skills
  • Confident running matters independently
