4+ PQE | £60,000 - £70,000
A leading full-service law firm in Leeds is looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor to join its growing and high-performing team.
The role will involve working on a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A, private equity, and general company law transactions for a diverse client base.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 4+ years PQE in corporate law
- Experience in M&A and corporate transactional work
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
- Commercially minded with a client-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
