Court of Protection Paralegal
Location: Reading (Hybrid)
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (DOE)

An excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join a supportive and growing Court of Protection team. You will assist fee earners with a varied caseload while providing a high-quality service to clients, including vulnerable individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting fee earners with case management and administration
  • Assisting with financial tasks, including payments and budgeting
  • Preparing legal documents, forms, and basic correspondence
  • Liaising with clients and third parties
  • Maintaining accurate records and case files

About You

  • Previous Paralegal or relevant experience
  • Experience supporting vulnerable individuals (essential)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage workloads independently and as part of a team
  • Good IT skills and attention to detail
