A Top 50 UK law firm is seeking an experienced Court of Protection Senior Associate to join its specialist private client team.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, including deputyship work, statutory wills and trust-related issues. The role involves acting as a key contact for clients and families, making complex best-interest decisions, and supporting the development of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing complex Court of Protection and deputyship matters

  • Acting as professional deputy or trustee where appropriate

  • Advising on statutory wills and related applications

  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members

  • Contributing to team and practice development

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Court of Protection or related private client work

  • Confidence handling complex and sensitive matters

  • Excellent communication and client care skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
