We are currently recruiting for a compassionate and committed Court of Protection Solicitor to join a highly regarded team based in Leicester.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with Court of Protection experience to work on a rewarding and varied caseload, supporting vulnerable clients with the management of their financial and welfare affairs. You will provide trusted legal advice, build long-term client relationships and play an important role in achieving the best possible outcomes for those you represent.
You will join a supportive and collaborative team that values professionalism, empathy and high-quality client care, while providing excellent opportunities to develop your specialist Court of Protection expertise.
Managing a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters.
Advising clients on financial and welfare matters.
Preparing and progressing Court of Protection applications and deputyship matters.
Building strong relationships with clients, families, deputies and other professionals.
Liaising with local authorities, healthcare professionals and other third parties.
Managing client affairs sensitively, professionally and efficiently.
Delivering exceptional client care while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualified Solicitor with previous Court of Protection experience.
Strong technical knowledge of Court of Protection procedures and deputyship matters.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Compassionate, patient and empathetic approach to working with vulnerable clients.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a varied caseload.
Proactive and collaborative approach.
Genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals.
£42,000-£48,000 salary.
