We are currently working with a leading national law firm with a strong reputation in Court of Protection work, which is looking to appoint a Solicitor for a 12-month fixed-term contract in its Birmingham team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded specialist department supporting vulnerable clients and working on meaningful, high-impact cases.
The role will involve managing a varied Court of Protection caseload, supporting individuals who lack mental capacity, and assisting with financial and welfare decision-making, including deputyship matters, statutory applications, and ongoing case management.
