A Top 50 UK law firm is seeking an Employment Associate to join its growing Employment team in London.
The role offers a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work for a diverse client base, ranging from start-ups to large commercial organisations. You will also support colleagues on corporate transactions and wider advisory matters.
The Role
Advising on a wide range of employment law matters
Managing Employment Tribunal claims with minimal supervision
Drafting and reviewing employment documentation
Supporting corporate and outsourcing projects
Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development
Supervising and supporting junior lawyers where appropriate
Requirements
2+ years' PQE in employment law
Strong technical and drafting skills
Experience running tribunal matters
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Commercial approach and strong client focus
