Employment Law Locum Paralegal - Immediate Start
We are currently seeking an experienced Employment Law Locum Paralegal to join a busy and well regarded legal team on a temporary basis.
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail oriented paralegal to support a dynamic employment law team. You will be assisting with a varied caseload covering both claimant and respondent matters, providing key support to fee earners across a range of employment law issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with case management from instruction through to resolution
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and tribunal bundles
- Conducting legal research on employment law matters
- Liaising with clients and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Supporting with Employment Tribunal preparations and deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in employment law is essential
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Contract Details:
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing until at least June, with potential for extension
- Location: Leeds
- Competitive hourly rate
