Locum Employment Solicitor - Leeds (Hybrid Working)
Start: ASAP, ongoing
Rate: £50-£60 per hour
A well-established law firm in Leeds is seeking an experienced Locum Employment Solicitor to join their team on an ongoing basis while they recruit on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a capable locum to step into a key role, provide continuity, and support the department during a transitional period. The firm offers hybrid working and a supportive environment with a smooth handover in place.
Managing a claimant and/or respondent employment caseload
Advising on unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy and whistleblowing matters
Drafting contracts, policies and settlement agreements
Supporting the wider team as required
Handling matters from initial instruction through to resolution
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
Strong experience in employment law
Confident managing a busy caseload independently
Available to start ASAP
Competitive hourly rate of £50-£60 per hour (DOE)
Hybrid working arrangement
Ongoing assignment until a permanent hire is made
