Employment Partner - Leicester - £100,000-£150,000

The Role

A growing regional law firm in Leicester is looking for an experienced Employment Partner to join its expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Employment lawyer to take on a senior role with genuine involvement in growing the team, developing client relationships and expanding the firm's employment practice.

You will:

• Handle a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

• Advise businesses and senior individuals on complex employment issues.

• Advise on employment contracts, disciplinary and grievance matters, restructures, redundancies and settlement agreements.

• Manage employment tribunal claims and other contentious matters.

• Develop strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

• Help grow and shape the employment team.

• Mentor and support junior lawyers.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor/Partner with:

• Strong technical employment law experience.

• Experience advising both employers and/or senior individuals.

• Excellent client and communication skills.

• A commercial and proactive approach.

• Proven business development and networking experience.

• Ambition to help grow a successful employment practice.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
