An excellent opportunity has arisen for a senior Employment Solicitor to join a growing and highly regarded Employment team. This role offers a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, advising a broad client base including corporate and education sector clients.

The Role

  • Advising on a wide range of employment law matters
  • Managing Employment Tribunal litigation
  • Supporting corporate transactions and advisory work
  • Delivering training, seminars, and legal updates to clients
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
  • Supporting business development and team growth initiatives

About You

  • 7+ years' PQE in employment law
  • Strong technical and commercial employment law expertise
  • Experience handling tribunal matters and advisory work
  • Proven client relationship and business development skills
  • Confident supervising and mentoring junior team members
  • Collaborative, proactive, and commercially minded
