Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a top-tier Legal 500 firm who is looking to recruit an NQ - 4 years' PQE Employment Solicitor to join their highly regarded Employment Team in Newcastle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising employer clients on day-to-day employment law matters.
- Supporting corporate transactions with employment-related advice.
- Assisting with strategic planning and management of reorganisations and other employment projects.
- Managing and conducting Employment Tribunal claims.
- Advising on TUPE and providing transactional support.
The successful candidate:
- 0 - 4 years' PQE with relevant employment law experience.
- Experience advising employer clients and/or managing tribunal claims (desirable).
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in business development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage a varied caseload.
