An excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a growing and well-regarded team in London. This role offers a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work within a supportive and commercially focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE and settlement agreements
  • Advise employers and employees on workplace issues and risk management
  • Handle Employment Tribunal matters from start to finish
  • Draft legal documents including contracts, policies and agreements
  • Represent clients in hearings, negotiations and ACAS conciliation
  • Support ongoing client relationships and HR advisory work
  • Contribute to business development and team growth

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE in employment law
  • Strong Employment Tribunal experience
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
  • Able to manage a busy caseload independently
  • Commercial, pragmatic and client-focused approach
