Employment Solicitor (NQ - 3 PQE)

Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing Employment team. This role offers exposure to complex, high-value employment matters for a sophisticated client base, alongside genuine opportunities for early responsibility and career progression.

The Role
Working closely with experienced partners from day one, you will advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

  • Advising employers and senior individuals on employment law issues

  • Supporting on complex and strategically important matters

  • Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision

  • Assisting with Employment Tribunal matters and advisory work

  • Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities

This role provides excellent exposure to high-quality work typically associated with much larger national firms, within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

About You

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor up to 3 years' PQE

  • Experience in contentious and non-contentious employment law

  • Strong drafting, communication, and client management skills

  • Commercially aware with a proactive mindset

  • Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines

  • Keen to develop professionally and build long-term client relationships
