Executive Assistant
Location: Sheffield | On-site
Type: Initial 3-month contract
Salary: £17.49 per hour + holiday pay

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant on behalf of a public sector organisation in Sheffield.

This role will provide high-level support to Executive Directors, managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day executive activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full Executive Assistant support to senior leaders
  • Manage complex diaries, inboxes, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and board-level documentation
  • Attend meetings, taking minutes and tracking actions
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support governance processes and ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain accurate records and support administrative systems

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience supporting senior leaders at Executive level
  • Strong diary management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
