A well-regarded and forward-thinking law firm in Chester is looking to recruit a Family Associate Solicitor to join its growing family law team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled family lawyer to handle a varied caseload while progressing their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and private children work
Advising clients on sensitive and complex issues with professionalism and empathy
Conducting negotiations and representing clients where appropriate
Drafting legal documents and correspondence to a high standard
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Supporting the wider team and contributing to business development initiatives
About You:
Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law
Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of family matters
Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A compassionate and client-focused approach
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
