Full-Time | £44,000 - £55,000 | Chester

A well-regarded and forward-thinking law firm in Chester is looking to recruit a Family Associate Solicitor to join its growing family law team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled family lawyer to handle a varied caseload while progressing their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and private children work

  • Advising clients on sensitive and complex issues with professionalism and empathy

  • Conducting negotiations and representing clients where appropriate

  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence to a high standard

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Supporting the wider team and contributing to business development initiatives

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law

  • Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of family matters

  • Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A compassionate and client-focused approach

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
