Family Senior Associate

A Top 50 UK law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Family Associate to join its team in Cambridge. The role focuses on providing high-quality family law advice to private clients, including professionals and high net worth individuals, covering complex financial and children matters.

The Role

• Advise on a broad range of family law matters, with emphasis on complex financial remedy and children cases

• Manage your own caseload with high standards of client service

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Contribute to business development activities and practice growth

• Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment

Requirements

• 5+ years' PQE in family law gained in a reputable firm

• Strong technical and drafting skills

• Excellent communication and client care abilities

• Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively

• Self-starter with a commercial and proactive approach
