An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 3 to 5 years' PQE Family Solicitor to join a highly regarded and progressive law firm based in Newbury. The firm is recognised in leading legal directories, including the Legal 500, and has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services to a loyal client base.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a mid-level solicitor looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will work on a broad range of privately funded family matters, often involving complex and sensitive issues.

You will manage your own caseload while also supporting senior members of the team on more complex matters. The work will include divorce and separation, financial remedy proceedings, private children matters, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation disputes.

The role will involve providing clear and strategic advice to clients, many of whom may be high-net-worth individuals, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in business development and networking activities.

To be considered, you will be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 3 to 5 years' PQE in family law, gained within a reputable firm. You will have strong technical knowledge, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to manage your own caseload with confidence.

You will be a strong communicator with a professional and empathetic approach to client care, alongside a good level of commercial awareness. A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team are essential.
