An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Family Solicitor to join a well-regarded and supportive legal team in Cambridge. This role offers the chance to manage a varied and complex family law caseload while working within a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

About the Role

As a Senior Family Solicitor, you will:

  • Manage your own caseload with a focus on financial remedy work and other family law matters
  • Advise clients on complex and sensitive issues, providing clear and practical guidance
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a consistent, high-quality service
  • Contribute to business development and networking opportunities to build a strong profile in the local market
  • Support, supervise, and mentor more junior team members

About You

You will have:

  • 5+ years' PQE in family law, with significant experience in financial remedy work
  • Strong technical ability and excellent drafting skills

  • Experience working in or knowledge of the Cambridge market is advantageous
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, ambitious, and organised approach with strong attention to detail
