The firm has a strong presence across the West Midlands and is recognised for providing high-quality legal services alongside a supportive and collaborative working environment. Due to continued growth, the firm is now seeking a Family Solicitor to join its expanding team.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy proceedings
• Private children matters
• Cohabitation disputes
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners while developing long-term client relationships and contributing to the continued success of the department.

Candidate Requirements

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with experience handling private family law matters.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
