An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor with 3-6 years' PQE to join a highly regarded and growing Family team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to work on high-quality family matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. The team advises a broad range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners and professionals, on complex and often sensitive family law issues.
You will work alongside experienced family lawyers on a varied caseload, gaining exposure to high-value and complex matters while enjoying significant client contact and responsibility from the outset.
The role offers the opportunity to advise on a full range of private family law matters, including divorce and financial remedy proceedings, private children matters, cohabitation disputes, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
Managing a varied caseload of private family matters
Advising clients on divorce, financial settlements and separation issues
Handling private children matters and related disputes
Drafting and negotiating pre- and post-nuptial agreements
Assisting on complex cases involving business assets, trusts and international elements
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Working closely with colleagues across wider private client teams
Supporting business development and networking initiatives
Qualified Solicitor with 3-6 years' PQE in Family Law
Strong experience handling private family matters
Excellent technical, drafting and communication skills
Confident managing client relationships and providing practical advice
Commercially aware with a proactive approach
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing practice
Competitive salary of £70,000-£85,000
