Financial Controller

Sellick Partnership are recruiting a Senior Finance Manager, for a growth focussed FMCG business with further expansion plans.

The Senior Finance Manager will work closely with the senior leadership in a high visibility role to drive process improvement, data integrity and commercial insight to ensure future growth is informed and data driven.

Senior Finance Manager

• Drive improvement across balance sheet and intercompany accounting
• Work closely with IT to improve systems, controls, data sources and speed of reporting
• Lead and mentor a team of qualified and studying accountants
• Lead on year end and audit

The Senior Finance Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, lead on continuous improvement projects and work closely with the senior leadership team to reach strategic goals. This role will provide great visibility, career progression and a challenge which will advance your capabilities.

This role will suit someone from a qualified background (ACCA, ACA, Cima) with a hands-on focus, with the ability to lead and develop individuals on a transformation journey in an ever-evolving environment.

£80,000 + Benefits (Hybrid)
