π 4-Month Initial Rolling Contract
π° Up to Β£24 per hour
We are currently supporting a well-established housing organisation with the recruitment of a Housing Partner on an initial 4-month rolling temporary contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a housing professional who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making a real difference within local communities.
As a Housing Partner, you will be the visible and trusted presence across your patch, delivering a proactive and customer-focused housing management service.
You will play a key role in supporting customers throughout their tenancy, maintaining safe and thriving neighbourhoods, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Deliver a face-to-face tenancy management service, building strong relationships with residents
Support customers through key tenancy stages including viewings, sign-ups, tenancy audits, and end-of-tenancy visits
Manage tenancy-related matters such as succession, assignments, and general enquiries
Carry out property inspections and estate inspections, ensuring homes and neighbourhoods meet required standards
Take appropriate enforcement action for breaches of tenancy, including anti-social behaviour and tenancy fraud
Work with customers to resolve property condition issues and agree improvement plans
Support access for essential health & safety and compliance works
Identify support needs and signpost customers to relevant services
Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external agencies
Promote safe, clean, and well-maintained neighbourhoods
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Experience in housing management, tenancy services, or a similar frontline role
Strong understanding of tenancy and neighbourhood management
Ability to handle challenging situations and influence positive outcomes
Experience working with vulnerable customers and multi-agency partners
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Confident working independently in a patch-based role
Desirable:
CIH Level 3 qualification (or willingness to work towards)
Knowledge of tenancy enforcement and legal processes
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Flexibility to travel across your patch
Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends if required
Ability to work independently in the field
DBS check required
Competitive rate of up to Β£24 per hour
Flexible, field-based role with autonomy
