You will be an instrumental part of a growing Social Housing organisation who values transparency and accountability, you will delve into the process of becoming a Registered Social Housing provider and lead on this proposal and any further Compliance.

Housing Strategy Lead

South East London - Hybrid, 3 days office based

Permanent, Up to £60,00 - 68,000 per annum

Duties of the Housing Strategy and Assurance role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Leading the organisation through their journey with the Social Housing Regulator
  • Embedding a strong governance and assurance framework
  • Supporting the Board and senior leadership with high‑quality regulatory insight
  • Ensuring the organisation remains regulation‑ready as it grows
  • Influencing how safe, compliant and resident‑focused the organisation becomes
